How do I update DRS Rate Changes in Basic Payroll

Updated on

Washington State DRS has published new PERS rates for hours worked starting July 1, 2024.  Go to drs.wa.gov to stay current on any possible changes. Rates can be found here:  https://www.drs.wa.gov/employer/ch6/#contribution-rate-tables-index

DRS hours are based on the hours worked not the paycheck date.  Make these changes after the final payroll for June hours has been completed.

All users will need to be updated manually after the final payroll for August hours.
