This feature is only available on Springbrook Express Cloud
This is a common records request. SBX has added the relevant fields requested to the excel dataview of the Payroll Cost report, Pay Items tab which allows you to export the data, highlight the cells, create a pivot table.
Go to: Advanced Payroll > Reports > Payroll Cost
- Select the Year
- Click Generate Report
- Click No for 'Include Non Wage Items?'
- Select the Pay Items tab
- Check Has Wages box
- Click the Excel button
- Click Clear All
- Select the following options:
- Click Export To Excel
- Click Save to save the fields for future reports
Repeat the process for each requested year.
