Notices are printed as a separate step to facilitate re-printing any notice from any posting date for any customer.
Go to Utility Billing > Reports
- Click Manage Customer Balances
- Click Notices
- Find and review the owner copy and the customer copy. BIAS prints a separate copy for the owner and tenant.
- Select Sheet format for 3 per page and full page notices. Select Postcard format for standard postcard bill formatting. This does not allow for alternate default language.
- Click Edit and modify Notice message.
Go to Utility Billing > Reports
- Click Manage Customer Balances
- Click Notices tab
- Select Notice Date to print and review the due date, update as necessary.
- Click Print
- Check Selected to print only the line in blue (shows the name when selected). Leave unchecked for all notices.
- Choose the notice Form.
- Choose Format, Balance includes the entire balance as due. Past Due includes the past due balance as due.
- Choose the print Order
- Click Preview, Printer, or PDF to save or print notices.
To design your own notices or labels in Microsoft Word, click the Excel export button and use the "Mail Merge" function in Microsoft Word. Instructions for most versions of Word and Excel are readily available by doing a Google search for "Word Mail Merge Function".
