Log into myBIAS using the User ID and Password provided.
myBIAS will open to the Timesheet Control Center.
- Click Time Tab
At the beginning of a new Pay Period, the Employee Overview tab will be blank.
The Time tab will show all of the Pay Dates in the current Pay Period.
- Find the Pay Date to enter the time in the Start Date column.
- Enter the time the shift started in the Start Time column.
- Enter the time the shift ended in the End Time column. Hours will populate automatically.
If a shift crosses days, change the end date to reflect the day of the ending shift.
- Pay Type will default to Regular Pay. If a different pay type is needed, use the drop down menu in the cell to select the different pay type.
- After all the time is entered, click Save.
- Click Employee Overview tab to see updated current hours, and the entered time will be available for Supervisor approval.
Click Approval Overview tab to show what hours have been approved.
