How do I update the SAO files?

Are you a Cloud, Hosted or On Prem user?

On Prem means Springbrook Express is installed on a computer at your entity and not cloud hosted.

SAO files are updated automatically.

There is nothing that needs to be done.

Update Springbrook Express to Gemini release dated 03.03.2021 or later

  1. Go to Help > Backup/Update  
  2. Call support or submit a ticket if assistance is needed.

  • Go to Reports > Annual Reports > Update SAO Files
  •  Click Update SAO Files, the process will run automatically when clicked.
