How do I install or uninstall Springbrook Express Support (LogMeIn)?

Expand or collapse content If entered into a Remote Session via LogMeIn Rescue, then your support technician will use the built in function within LogMeIn to install Springbrook Express Support.
  1. The support technician will click the Calling Card tab then Click the 'Install Calling Card' button.
Expand or collapse content If no access to LogMeIn Console, then install LogMeIn via the .MSI (Microsoft Service Installer)
  1. Download the file from the link below.
  2. Double click the .MSI to initiate the installation.
  1. The install is very straight forward, click Next at every prompt.
  1. Perform Update if needed.
  1. Done! Springbrook Express Support is now installed.
